Contact Us

There is no automated ticketing system here, no chatbot that sends canned replies, and no support queue that routes your message to someone who has never used the tool. When you write to us, an actual person reads it. That is a deliberate choice, not a limitation. Feedback has shaped this platform more than any internal roadmap. A user pointing out that a specific GPU variant was returning inaccurate results led to a full database audit. Another asking why results differed between workloads led to clearer output labeling. The people using the tool regularly notice things the team building it sometimes misses. That exchange is worth protecting.

General Questions and Tool Support

If you have a question about how the calculator works, why a specific pairing returned an unexpected result, or what a particular output metric means, reach out directly. Include the CPU and GPU models you tested, along with the result you received, and we can investigate meaningfully rather than offering a generic response. contact@yourbottleneckcalculator.com

Accuracy Reports and Data Feedback

Hardware data ages quickly. A GPU released eighteen months ago may have received driver updates that significantly changed its real-world performance relative to our stored benchmarks. If you believe the calculator is returning results that do not reflect current performance, please tell us. Specific is better than general. Model numbers, test conditions, and comparison benchmarks from reputable sources all help us investigate faster. contact@yourbottleneckcalculator.com

Business and Collaboration Inquiries

For advertising questions, content partnerships, or any other professional matters, use the same contact address with a clear subject line. We review business correspondence separately and aim to respond within three to five working days. contact@yourbottleneckcalculator.com

What to Include When You Write?

A few details make a real difference in how quickly and usefully we can respond:

  • Your first name (no need for anything more formal than that)
  • A specific description of what you are asking or reporting
  • For tool-related questions: the CPU, GPU, and workload type you selected
  • Any screenshots that show the result or issue you are referencing

The more specific your message, the faster we can get back to you with something genuinely useful rather than a clarifying question.

Realistic Response Times

We are a small team, and we are honest about what that means for response times. General questions and tool feedback typically receive a reply within one to two business days. Data accuracy reports may take two to three days if investigation is required. Business inquiries are typically addressed within three to five business days. We do not send automated acknowledgment emails. If you have not heard back within the timeframes above, a follow-up is completely reasonable.

What Falls Outside Our Scope

We want to be upfront about what we cannot help with. Personalized PC build consulting, component compatibility outside of CPU and GPU pairing analysis, troubleshooting physical hardware failures, and budget-based purchasing recommendations are outside what this platform is designed to provide. For those needs, communities like Reddit’s r/buildapc or dedicated hardware forums tend to offer the kind of crowd-sourced, real-time advice that fits those questions better.
